Many of our engineers are from tier 2 and tier 3 towns and while their technical skills are on par or sometimes better, communication skills had taken a backseat, creating a lack of confidence in speaking openly and communicating with external stakeholders including customers The communication training session was practically oriented and helped in infusing confidence in people to talk in English in open forums In fact, I have seen significant improvement in most of the people who underwent the training sessions
